Theology and Theology in the Yamblicus Dialogues
The last dialogues to be studied were the Tymius and the Parmenides. For Yamblicus, they contained the whole of Plato's thought. The Middle Platonists, Plotinus and Porphyry referred to their metaphysical principles not only as intellect or the one, but also as gods.
