Are You Thinking About Climate Change?

There's been some interesting data. First Street has put out a national flood model and the FEMA data from the federal government is terrible. There are lots of areas that they'll tell you it doesn't flood but it's going to flood and has been flooding. If you're not building that into your model, you're going to run into a problem. Just depends on what your horizon is. How long am I going to own this property for? How long is my loan going to be out of that property? Because the chance of you being impacted is great.
