The Importance of Understanding Stressors

Shannon: I think we're in the infancy of understanding honestly stress that we've for too long believed that it's something to covet and promote. And so if we can, you know, really speak to that and understand and get to what the person thinks is their own strengths and tailor it to their strengths could be very useful. We may have already covered this again but is there any one thing that the listeners might be able to do today to help manage their osteoarthritis more effectively? Shannon: There are great sources out there that can help us understand stress a little bit better and its role.
