Hybrid Work, Is It Just Who You Are?
Sisco is rethinking how we work, which includes things like hybrid work. It's a term that i had never even thought of two years ago, and yet here we are giving hybrid work. To me, hybrid is really inclusion. Because what we're talking about is a company being inclusive of many different ways to work. And so at sisco right now, our approach is that every team is decide how they want to work for the next 90 days. In 90 days, they'll have another conversation. They'll talk about what worked, what didn't work, what they want to try over the next 90 day, and we'll go again.
