Carol robin is the founder of leaders in teck, a non provate organization that helps trained technology company founders and executives. For nearly twenty years, carroll taught the most popular class at stanford business school called interpersonal dynamics. Carroll's also the author of the forthcoming book c building exceptional relationships with family, friends and colleagues. i went through this programme myself last year. It really changed how i thought about emotions and bringing my whole emotional self to work.
