How Feedback Influenced My Approach to Teaching
Gollness: You need to know your learners. What's my learners ability? What are my learners skills? What aren't they good at? How many students do I have? So it's more about getting on board with your learners, knowing what they're able to do, what they're not able to do. Stretching certain learners, stretching other learners, supporting other learners. It's kind of like a juggling act when you're in the classroom. Gollness: Without feedback, you're kind of going in blind and you can't really plan or deliver the best lessons without good feedback.
