How to Increase Intensity in Your Workouts

The biggest misconception is that they think 80-20 is time-based. If you convert the session distribution to time and zone, then 80-20 will come closer to being 90-10 based on time. A lot of your original work was done in Nordic skiers using heart rate data. For our coaches and athletes, coaching triathletes and cyclists, are the principals pretty transferable to power as well? Or should they be throwing where the power meters and going back to the heart rate monitors?
