Participatory Planning - What Happens When Workers and Consumers Compete?
What the consumers want and what the work places produce have to come into proximity of each other. In participatory planning, workers counsels and smers and consumers councils make proposals for what they want. It uses a technique, a voting algorithm, chosen to try and convey input in proportion as the gree people are affected.
