The intelligent investor is a realist who sells to optimists and buys from pessimists. Or i's your charley monge, you just buy from pessimists and forget the other part of that. You don't even needn't worry about the second half of it. Just as long as you're buying from from people over pessimistic, you can acquire ownership in amazing companies and hold them for whatever.
