Min had a vision that he could help not only our family but so many Vietnamese families in our community by establishing and going to this industry. He wasn't naturally suited to the nimble craft of filing painting and polishing but despite his reservations he packed a bag and headed to the Hacienda Lefwerta Adult Education School for nail technician training. After he completed his training he was determined to open a school right in the heart of the Vietnamese refugee community which had become known as Little Saigon.
