The Importance of Training to Your Strengths
Don't spend a lot of time training what you're already good at, training what your sport already makes you strong at. Most endurance athletes are actually good about doing a variety of body weight exercises but posterior chain work is something that I see lacking. When we write our own programs, we tend to avoid putting in the things that we probably need, but we know we don't like doing. And so it's just, it's understanding, you know, to get better, you need to get better at the things that you're bad at, not the things thatyou're already good with.
