Healing Your Lineage

In the healing process, we have to remember that we might be carrying not only our own wounds and pain, but also energetic wounds from our ancestors. Once you are aware of which chakras need balancing, you can start focusing more on that particular one or one. For example, you can eat foods with the color of the chakres, wear clothes that boost the chakra and its colours, and so forth. Remember that visualization is reality on a different plane and dimension. When you visualize breathing into each chakra, it's happening on an energetic level, and you're actually healing yourself through this practice.
