The more expensive of a city you live in, the more it makes sense to rent. Most people believe that owning a primary residence is at least a good investment,. Right? Yes. People have really been fed this, this lie that comes from the mortgage industry and the real estate agent cabal ahum. I sound like a conspiracy thearist when i say that the illuminatedis real estate agent. The point is still there, that renting your house not not great an idea.
