"It's really so much better to get the amount of sleep that you need every single night and often people are like oh well I can get by unless and maybe you can for two nights three nights but then your body will force you to make it up," he says. "I generally have to be up around 6 30 a.m. for you know getting my family ready ... My bed time is 11 p.m. that is just a math problem."
