Spain's Capitulation of Western Sahara
My view of Spanish capitulation has to do with, primarily with disarray and Madrid. They are about to transit from decades of Francarism into a democracy that is not quite clearly emerged. But they simply don't have the logistics or the energy or the focus of the political focus to counteract a major move of the kind that has made. It was forced major. Simple as that.
