I was at a point where it's like, yes, for my objectives for this quarter, I could optimize. The problems that we were having or the in maturity of our knowledge management was coming from the breakdown or the lack of knowledge management in other areas of the company. Our knowledge base can only be but so great if we are still reacting to a product feature being released and a bug that we find out about three days after a customer realizes it. We weren't going to get past any of that if I personally couldn't get past those barriers.
