Being an anchor doesn't mean you're not a difficult person. All human primates have certain features thatter part of the way our brain operates. And some of those features are also bugs, especially when it comes to relationships. So this is a human condition issue. It's not necessarily wholly an attachment issue. Al teperson with secure attachment just has it altogether. I know one of my menters said, you can be secure in your attachment and still they really must. We're all perfectly imperfect, messunletleable, moody, fickle, selfish, self centred, impulsive animals. That's just the way we at that certainly isnt important point.
