Does the FTX Collapse Change the Culture Around Crypto?

When Lehman Brothers collapsed, we ended up with Dodd-Frank and a massive change to the way that global financial regulation worked. The FTX collapse seems like it's going to change the culture around crypto maybe. This is a good opportunity to just let people realize how a completely unregulated parallel financial structure is broadly a very bad idea where people can lose their money.
