How to Create a State Within Yourself

You can create states by faking them in a way. Fake it till you make it. It works both ways. One of the things that I offer to a lot of my clients and students is actually doing something I call sex lab. And it's time for just learning with your lover or with yourself, where you set up feeling all these different layers of touch.
