The film is based on a book called immortality ink. Robert sheckley wrote the novel, and i think anne gilroy adapted it for the screen. It's also written by a narrator and new speak. So when rich people are going to die, they can't just grab some body from that time to put their consciousness into o living forer they snatch healthy body from the past. Andimi, mean, that very bad.
