How to Get a Component to Suspend During Fetching?

In the demo, we use a library like apollo or s w r and say, suspense true. It's going to take care of throwing a promise that is stable, and react can read again once it's resolved. And then you have this get initial astate function that you can use to suspend any component that needs to know to wait until you know the astate in order to render.
