The Trap of Talking to Users Only
If all you do is talk to users, they tend not to be very good at creating solutions. Most people I find like talking about their problems. And so you can tease that out of them. But when they say, if you build this for me or you build that for me, this is what I'm, oh, that's, yeah, that's a trap. Then you get the point solution that nobody else will purchase. It's like one person's problem and you can't scale it. So everything is a giant trap.
