London L3 is not hardy enough to keep rolling through. We've always wondered why we don't get hop creep um at all but it has never been an issue for us. I think ours do have a little bit more bitterness and the slightly less sweetness that we're kind of leaving it with their playdough wise. It's still sweet but not sweet as a lot of IPAs on the in the game, he says.
