On day one, when you on the course asked everyone to take an in breath and then to see how long they could hold it for. I could do one minute. Four weeks later, and I didn't do that much practice. It was something like four minutes, 24 minutes, 30, something like that. So over four times the breath hold time in four weeks, which was incredible and still is incredible. And I know all the students who go through your course, double, triple quadruple and more that breathless, I mean, just four weeks. That's what meditation is about, know thyself.
