You Can't Be Data Driven Without the Data

If you want to build a predictable sales engine,  you what you're effectively saying is you want to be data driven. You can't be dat driven without the data. The second thing i'd focus in on is those actionable insights. How much engagement do you need with what stake holders at every stage of that sales process? And frankly, that applies just as much in success renewals and up sales and cross sales as it does in your business. So get dat a certainty in place. Get to a point where you've got con you've got confidence in the data that you're looking at.
