Grey hole is a solution looking for a problem and then people have kind of built some reliance on it. i'd love a solution at the zfs level where there was some kind of service where you could dedicate any partition formatted in zfs or any dedicated zfs could become part of some sort of network cfs pool that's where i'd love to see that work get done now. rob has been using quite a few containers recently and been running with like 50 terabytes of content, he says so do you have any advice or resources for folks out there like me who maybe know just enough to be dangerous but don't actually know how things are working under the hood of unrate?
