How to Create an Artificial Intelligence

We don't have the mathematical tools to describe the kind of complexity that merges in these kinds of systems. I'm not convinced that that it's sort of a problem that lends itself to classic mathematical analysis. To won one theory of how you create an artificial intelligence, or a being as you kind of have to same with ha game of life, you kaind o, have to create a universe and let it run. That creating it from scratch in a design way may be quite challenging.
