The Fed Needs to Engineer a Recession to Fight Inflation
An economic slowdown is much more realisticit obviously could always turn into a recession. But right now, just like he was pointing out, the data is not totally supporting that. I think it's a question of policy. And the policyis going to be determined by whether or not inflation comes under controlor not.
