Benji: I've always been fearful of um chasing vanity metrics and that we could perhaps put out certain content that may get a lot of views but if it's not really bringing a tangible business benefit or there's not a obvious link back to the business. Tom: How many videos have you watched on youtube where you didn't purchase anything from that person tons a ton but did they still inspire you to subscribe to their channel? Benji: As your volume grows in terms of the overall viewership it only makes sense that your overall sales will grow. Chris: With volume if you're actually helping people there is going to be a percentage of people that do purchase your product.
