In any given moment you'll experience some sort of emotional a er state, or lick, or physical sensation. And with that, those sensations, you might have an urge to act. Most people would experience that urge as part of the sensations and act straight away. But by practising in those small ways a it enables you to then do that when you most need it. It's almost like weaves in a basket. We don't experience each weave, we experience the basket as a whole.
