M: I look back and think how hard i was on myself as some one who had not even been walking with the lord m for ten years when i was thrust into this position. M: When we model to our congregations that we are growth in progress, like we are being transformed every day by the renewing of our mind. That is a messy, complicated work. And so i'm not going to be the picturesque version of who you might think or and different people have different versions of what they're looking for.
