Mr ED is worried sometimes that we fall into a trap of just going into a rant. So he wanted to finish with a nice story. We love this job. It's about how much we hate it, not the other way around. I was so proud of him for developing such maturity where you can't control getting angry. All emotions are acceptable and fine. But he got so good at just recognizing it quickly,. understanding he was angry and taking himself out of situations. He went off laughing after saying 'that's really nice'
