Is Happiness a Taste of Suffering?
Effortlessness, why is that, at least from the outside? Why does that seem frustrating to some people? People are addicted to solving problems, to thinking. And then when you have a practice that's designed to dissolve, relax the thinking act, let's just sayit, thinking, thinking. Can't believe it. It desn't know how to do it. I can't do it. Is very frustrated. What about effortlessness? Effortlessness isn't something we're born with. The awakening is actually the simplest thing that you can do: Breathe out and push your belly in. But none of that will awaken. That's not a complicated thinking activity.
