All teachers need to know that one thing they're getting better at or trying to improve. They've got to know their one thing and things like Book Club, whether it's a particular strategy,. speak like a scholar or stretch it, whichever it is. So if they know that that's something they're going to work on and it's got to be a specific laser light focus, they then have to know how to get better at it. But we still got to chunk it up exactly like we do with the students. We ask our staff to chunk and choose a goal and sometimes it is choice.
