The Piano Teacher's Assignment Is Impossible

A woman and a pianoteacher entered into a contract whereby the teacher would give the woman piano lessons once a week for three months. It contained a clause that says, the parties agree that neither will assign the contract. And now it's time for t three b answer time. This was either i've lost my mind, or this question was impossible, or i maybe is just the test. Maybe i've i've been tricked too many times.
