Anxiety and excitement are extremely similar emotions. The only difference between the two is that anxiety focuses on the outcome being negative. A really simple way to challenge yourself in those moments is to say, am I anxious? Or am I excited? And if I was excited, what would it look like? Because the reality is it's probably not that different. It's just looking at the outcome from a positive perspective.
