WPP - What's the Right Structure?

We were really clear, the current ownership structure was a very clear next step given we'd spend four years getting to know brewing capital via their previous ownership structure with WPP. The kind of brewing moment was much more collegiate and clear for everyone involved, that was the right place to go. We knew it would give us the chance to to do international work and have international deaths and all those kind of things without betting the house again. It just felt like the right home and the right vision and clearly hugely successful British company to be part of.
