Is There Persistence in Identifying People?
I think 50 or 60 people have left and 60 have joined, you know, and especially in support functions. So I don't even now, I'm not even involved in that hiring. And so identifying people within the organization is something that I spent a lot more time on. We run like a really cool initiative within zero where we're constantly discussing about as many topicsAs possible. There's no pretense in a sense, there is no only managers can say and stuff like that. That's been a great leverage of sorts.
