The final scene in rogue one is about dorothvater being a badas and it looks chool. But that does, in fact, tie in with the rest of the themes of rogue one,. The movie is about sacrifice. I still think, i darth vater's mere presence in the movie feels like a tacked on piece of fan service as if they didn't have enough confide igan.
