Nisha Katona is one of the judges on Great British Menu. Every course they'll come in and be like, do you want some water? Do you want some sparkling? And every time she gets a mix of still or sparkling, why would you do that? That's just like weird still and bad sparkling. It's called an innovation. Alan Partridge does it, which means no one should do it. If I'm in charge of the drinks fountain, of course I'm mixing them all up. But that, I understand because it's different flavours,. Mm.
