How to Make a Modular Design for a Product or Service
When i'm doing my project planning and kick off of a project, do a little bit more when i'm doing the analysis phase. When i'm going into my design phase, i add to the analysis data with additional analysis data that i generated then. And so we go into development knowing exactly what's been done from an analysis point of view. So if you have the behavior tasks at great detail,you can begin to elicit the thinking before and after task. During this time during your work life, don't be afraid to say things like "i menthat some of these jobs require some things that the other jobs don't"
