It's willingly placing yourself in the situation that most scares you. And it's also a not doing the things that you would normally do to protect yourself. It's like sitting there and intentionally having as many of the like, crazy, weird, horrible, dark thoughts as possible. Then just allowing your till i feel all the feelings and ly in contact with those feelings as much as you can. When they come up again, they don't really bother you any more.
