A reasonable person should have known that access to this app had these kind of technological requirements, and that access was not evenly distributed. The information makes you incredibly vulnerable to whomever if you're asking someone to share it's it imperfect is it's not a sufficient way to describe it but it did, it was an extremely flawed system.
