Arithra Tall and Heart Disease

Arithra tall is not an artificial sweetener, at least according to the FDA. It's found in grapes, peaches and pears and very small quantities. Manufacturers don't have to say artificial sweeteners on the packaging if they're using Arithra tall. The sugar alcohols go a little bit better in terms of those GI side effects.
