Leaders must create a system and leadership that punishes or eliminates bad team work. It's very painful to be selfish in those groups. If they see one, a one guy helping his team mate, maybe his team mate is tired, so he comes back and he carries him, helps him, they reward that. They encourage that constantly. And of course, now these groups, they're fighters, so they're also being trained to attack and fight and kill enemies. So it's not always co operation.
