He says if you train like a savage and take every set to failure, then you're only going to have about six to eight weeks in you before you need a D load. If you are more chill throughout the other 23 hours a day, but you're still trained like that, you're still looking at eight to 10 weeks. "The average person really doesn't train that hard," he says.
