Do You Know if You Have Atampanot?

Some patients can have the attempinat physiology with relatively low pressures. As long as the pericardial pressure is higher than the intra cardiac pressure, the heart won't be able to fill exactly as we've heard. If you're on the fence about whether a patient has atampanot or not, there are three moves to consider and i'm borrowing from josh farkus here. Don't assume that tampanad will always be associated with a huge effusion on pocus. Small, rapidly accumulating per a effusions can cause tampanad.
