The Importance of Vaccines in the UK

Disease X is carried by ticks and transferred from infected cattle. For every 100 people who get this about 30 will die, so it's around 30%, which is very high. So why are we coming up with a vaccine for that, if there's hardly any cases here? Is that just kind of Britain's gift to the world? Well, I mean, we do want to focus on doing good globally, and I know that's been a key topic quite rightly for our use of vaccines in the UK. We're not here only to focus on something which might affect the population here but there are two reasons for that.
