What's Your Listening Compass?

The first element of the listening compass is what will make this a great conversation. Keep in mind, roughly, if your question is more than eight words long it's biased. That's not good or bad. I want you to be conscious of the fact that open ended questions are not always productive and biased questions are notalways productive. How do we allocate a limited budget? How do we price this transaction? All these things are example of biased questions. They're not good orbad. And beware of false binaries. You are a human with much more complexity, embrace the nuance and we will have a different political discourse.
