The Park Run After 10 Miles

I did my whatever it is in a bit method all the way through, apart from maybe for the first like three or four miles where it's a little bit depressing. I'm really happy that I managed to just stare at my feet at about the five K towards the end mark because I just thought if I had seen that, I would have just wept. It feels like such enormous distance when you've already done 20 miles. And so when you're too hard, yeah, too hard. But as soon as I reached kind of mile four, five, I was like, okay, hit mile five. So that's six and a bit to go or whatever it is. Yeah.
